Hi, How are you? Are you still happy?


A few days ago, I was struggling with my own thoughts. Though I have things that unfortunate people don't have, still everything was messed up.


That is the time I immediately pressed the reset button and do the following:]


1. Taking breaks

Fasting from social media, negative news, and toxic people helps us clear our thoughts. Doing what you love like reading books, walking, watching movies, fixing your things, etc gives us a fresh start,


2. Make healthy choices

Eat right, exercise, and have a good sleep. Don’t underestimate the power of healthy living.


3. Stay connected

Keep in touch with your family, friends, and whom you love. Remember, “No man is an island.”


4. Practice being grateful

A higher level of faith is being appreciative of all things. Being grateful attracts endless abundance in your life.


5. Meditate with God

Take a deep breath and talk to our creator, Stress, negative feelings and fear will be gone. Talking to him often means you’re in partnership with the highest who is more than a conqueror and overcomes the world.


Cecelia Ahern once said, “Things won’t change unless you change you”. Smile my friend, what is happening right now is temporary. Greater and mighty things are on your way.
