Do you have the feeling where you don't want to work anymore?

You wished to spend a month of rest? Whether it is, you and I have been through it.

Here in Virtuly, we’re privileged to share some tips how we deal with it.

Work can be daunting and frustrating. Proving yourself, striving to generate better work and keeping on top of stuff is too difficult. With this thought, any of the assignments might mixed up, rendering things more tiring.

As an Executive Assistant for almost four years in a Business Process Outsourcing company, I've found that strong organizational skill are going to keep you successful in all aspects. Our role includes a variety of activities, such as staff scheduling, meetings, bookkeeping, customer resources, administrative duties and several more to name. Often we are called, “Multitaskers”.

Clearing your mind and arranging stuff will help inspire you to function for a fantastic outcome. If assistants are able to handle their jobs effectively, their colleagues reap the rewards as well. They can build an effective and efficient filing system for the organization’s team members.

Check out this steps:

1. ELIMINATE DISTRACTIONS

Keep your working station tidy and comfortable for you to move around. This would definitely help you remain centered and on the task. Letting obstacles away will teach you what to prioritize.

2. PAUSE AND BREATHE

One of the values we bear is that, we can't accomplish anything without the Lord's help. It is our utmost desire to connect with him through prayer, “King first before His Kingdom”. Daily prayer can bless you, your family, and those whom you pray for. It can bring peace to your life, to your workplace and to any place you're in. Recognizing that he is the almighty, the one in absolute charge, will make your day better.

Before working, or if things get messed up, we make sure we have time to breathe and relax. It a sort of meditation. According to studies, with frequent use of 4-7-8 breathing, it can make you more effective in helping a person manage their stress levels. Even managing craving, reducing anxiety and controlling or reducing anger responses.

3. PREPARE A TO-DO-LIST

Begin with a challenging or stressful project to make it even easier. We called this “hardest-first technique”.

Research shows that people who execute their most difficult tasks first are generally more productive and high achieving than those who start easy and work their way up. Why? Make sure you follow us on our next blog.

You can use sticky notes, scheduler, calendar, tools that your company uses, and many more to list your tasks. You can do color coding, too. Just make fun of it.

4. ESTABLISH A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR TEAM

We often consider our workload when we think about how to get organized and not our relationships with our team. Unfortunately, it is essential to know the contribution of our colleagues to make our team and business to achieve alignment in the workplace. Learning how tasks and projects come together is vital to achieving almost anything.

When you're developing a partnership and establishing a team goals, you

can get busy labeling yourself and continue your job whilst doing theirs.

5. DO THE ABSOLUTE LOT

According to Germany Kent, "God has already equipped you with the skills you need to achieve your dreams. If you just try, work hard, take control of your destiny, remain true to yourself and believe it is possible, you will have unlimited power to achieve the impossible."

Smile! Reassure yourself that you will arrange stuff and finish them appropriately.

Push yourself to do the absolute lot.
